At Squeeze In, we’re known for serving up the best breakfast in Nevada and California, but what really fills our cups is giving back to the communities that support us. Whether it’s local youth sports, nonprofit partnerships, or neighborhood events, we believe restaurants can (and should!) be a force for good.
Here’s a look at some of the ways Squeeze In is making a difference: beyond the plate.
Charity of the Month: The Children’s Cabinet
Each month, our Nevada locations feature a local nonprofit through our Round-Up campaign, giving guests the chance to “round up” their checks to support a cause making a difference right in our own backyard.
This month, we’re proud to spotlight The Children’s Cabinet, a local organization that works tirelessly to keep children safe and families together. They offer essential services like parenting classes, food assistance, mental health support, and youth programming, all free of charge for those in need.
If you’d like to learn more about their work or get involved, visitchildrenscabinet.org.
Round-Up is available at our Nevada locations only, and in some months, Squeeze In matches guest donations for even more impact. So far in 2024, guest generosity has helped us raise over $3,000 through this initiative alone!
Showing Up for Local Communities
Giving back isn’t just something we do: it’s part of who we are. Over the years, we’ve teamed up with community-rooted organizations like:
- Make-A-Wish Foundation
- Northern Nevada Literacy Council
- Boys and Girls Club
- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada
- And fan-favorite community traditions like The Great Reno Balloon Race, where we proudly participate and support annually
From mentorship to education to family services, these partnerships reflect our deep belief in building strong, connected neighborhoods.
Backing Youth, Sports & Schools
We’re also committed to supporting the future. Whether that’s through student events, school sponsorships, or athletic programs. You’ll find Squeeze In cheering for and donating to groups like high school softball teams (Go Reed and McQueen!), elementary school breakfasts, and of course the Washoe County School District Teacher Appreciation Week. When young people thrive, communities thrive, and we’re here for it.
Community First, Always
Whether you’re enjoying a mimosa at brunch or just stopping in for your favorite omelette, know that your visit helps support so much more than just a great meal. At Squeeze In, we’re proud to be a community-first restaurant, and we’re honored to give back to the people and places that make us who we are.
